Six postcards from a 16-postcard set about Haapsalu, 1979.
On the cards - 2x Võidu (Victory) street, that is currently known as Posti (Post) street and then 2 cards showing the House of Culture of Haapsalu District (1975, architect A.Eigi), the bath establishment* and the policlinic of the resort (1972) and on the last card an administrative building (1971) and the printing-plant (1975). Photos by R.Haavamägi.
Small characteristic historical detail on the last card - you can see the Wall of Honor in front of the administrative building, with portraits of honored workers on it.
*Haapsalu is known for healing mud
I visited Haapsalu a couple years ago. Such a pretty little town. Loved the promenade.
